The Royal College of Radiologists are pleased to invite you to join the first overseas MRI course in Dubai. This two-day MRI course is for radiologists based in the UAE/Middle East, as well as radiology professionals from across the world to enjoy a luxury study break.
Course description
The course covers musculoskeletal (MSK), paediatric, gastrointestinal track (GIT), pelvis, spine, and brain magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) delivered by expert UK speakers. It will consist of lectures and workshops, followed by discussion and feedback. It is designed to familiarize delegates with common pathologies diagnosed by MRI, important tips on reporting and different MRI protocols and sequences. The course faculty are experienced radiology consultants with thorough knowledge of MR and subspeciality imaging.

Meet the course leads
Dr. Joanna Kasznia-Brown, a Senior Consultant Radiologist at the University of Bristol, UK, Joanna’s work includes paediatric and oncology imaging, with a special interest in paediatric MRI and functional cancer imaging. Joanna is currently President of the World Federation of Paediatric Imaging and Chair of Outreach Committee of the European Society of Paediatric Radiology. She is an Executive Member of BSPR and chairs the BSPR Paediatric MRI Committee, and acts as a radiology expert and senior consultant for the UN, WHO and IAEA.
Dr. Ramy Mansour is a consultant radiologist and the clinical lead of musculoskeletal imaging at Oxford University Hospitals and has delivered more than three hundred lectures worldwide. He is a member of the ISS Outreach Committee and the regional co-ordinator for North Africa and the Middle East. He is also a member of the RCR International Committee and Equivalence Committee and the MSK lead for the European Diploma EDiR.
